Have you ever heard of piyo? I'm seriously excited about this program! I have been watching people do it for months now in all the fitness groups I follow and they have these incredible results that I've been basically drooling over... Low impact so it doesn't hurt my already crappy ankle, and build some balance and burn some calories? Yes please! I was going to do P90X3, however, my ankle still really isn't strong enough to be able to do it yet.. it's just too much for right now still. I think this will be perfect... in about a week, I'll be on my way to this awesomeness..and hopefully my ankle will get stronger through it.
And... I've discovered the most AMAZING recipe for chocolate chip zuchinni bread.. you make it with these delicious mini chocolate chips and applesauce instead of oil.. It's a healthy, delicious alternative. My kids think they're getting cake.. when they're actually getting a serving of fruit and vegetables all at once.. that makes this momma VERY happy! I'll put the recipe in the recipe section to share it's awesomeness just in case you want to trick your kids into more veggies too :)
